AVON Active - Boost Heart Rate

Cycling is great exercise for your legs. In the gym the cross trainer is also good for toning your legs as you can increase the resistance to work harder . Exercises like squats and lunges will help tone your thighs, and calf raises will trim the backs of your legs. Start be doing 6-10 repetitions of the exercises and aim to complete 3 sets of each 

Pedal Exerciser

A portable pedal exerciser with variable resistance levels tat can be used for arms and legs. Features adjustable straps. Iron, PP, nylon and PE.
Approx 44.5cm x 34.5cm x 27cm. Not to be used in a standing position 

How To Use

Step 1 - Place the pedal exerciser on the floor. Put your hands or feet in the rubber stirrups and rotate the pedals
Step 2 - adjust your rotation speed to suit and your level of fitness. The faster your pedal the more intense your workout
